Coconut milk powder , ready to use, dissolves in water (preferably hot, but also dissolves well in cold water). Ideal as a beverage or in exotic recipes.
Once harvested, mature coconuts are cracked open and their nutrient-rich pulp is immediately cold-pressed, resulting in a pulverized coconut milk. This process preserves the fresh coconut flavor while preserving its nutrients, including valuable medium-short-chain saturated fats (MCT-MCFA).
Pulp processed within 3 hours of harvesting
It does not need to be kept in the refrigerator (even after opening) and has a long shelf life.
